The First Wind Phone in Bulgaria

The first Wind Phone in Bulgaria was installed on September 10, 2026, in Vitosha Nature Park, on one of the bridges over the Dragalevska River near Sofia.

It was created in memory of Lili, my mother, and placed in a spot that holds meaning for both of us.  

The entire design is intended to leave nature undisturbed. It is not attached to a tree, to avoid harming it. It is secured to the bridge railing using only natural materials.

The phone is freely accessible to anyone who needs to pause for a moment, pick up the receiver, and say — aloud or silently — the words they still carry with them.
